在温度25 ℃、相对湿度80%条件下,以油茶花粉、二斑叶螨和腐食酪螨3种食物饲喂尼氏真绥螨,研究不同食物对尼氏真绥螨生长发育和繁殖的影响.结果表明:尼氏真绥螨虽能取食腐食酪螨的卵,但因摄食量不足导致不能完成正常发育;而取食油茶花粉和二斑叶螨能正常完成发育,并进行繁殖.取食油茶花粉的尼氏真绥螨全世代发育历期、雌螨寿命、产卵历期、平均每雌总产卵量分别为6.18 d、24.97 d、16.72 d和23.03粒,取食二斑叶螨的尼氏真绥螨分别为5.67 d、25.72 d、18.17 d和25.38粒;以二斑叶螨为食的尼氏真绥螨发育快,寿命和产卵历期长,平均每雌产卵量高.以油茶花粉和二斑叶螨为食的尼氏真绥螨实验种群数量动态均呈上升趋势,其中以油茶花粉饲养的种群趋势指数最高(I=14.28),以二斑叶螨饲养的种群加倍时间最短(t=3.5201 d).  相似文献

应用Wolbachiawsp基因特异引物, 通过PCR扩增法检测了二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch 12个地理种群(辽宁兴城、河北昌黎、湖南长沙、河南郑州、江苏徐州、甘肃兰州、云南昆明、山东泰安、新疆石河子、宁夏银川、陕西眉县和上海)感染Wolbachia的状况。结果表明,12个地理种群全部感染了Wolbachia。克隆分离得到了它们的wsp基因序列,在GenBank的登录号依此为: AY585714、 AY585712、AY785376、AY785375、AY585713、AY785374、AY785371、AY712954、AY712955、AY785372、AY785377和AY785373。对序列进行系统发育分析,发现它们全部与B大组Ori组的Wolbachia株系十分相近或完全相同。总体来看,它们的聚类关系基本上呈平行交叉分布,在不同种群之间没有构成明显的地理分布聚集性。  相似文献

以兰州吐鲁沟公园的二点叶螨Tetranychus urticae 为敏感品系,分别用氧乐果、甲氰菊酯、四螨嗪喷雾处理15次,其抗性水平分别为38.5、479.8和67.3倍。将抗性品系分别与敏感品系进行杂交和回交的结果表明:抗氧乐果品系的显性系数DRS(R♀×S)为0.4700、DSR(S♀×R)为0.4749;抗甲氰菊酯品系的DRS(R♀×S)为0.5155, DSR为0.5237;抗四螨嗪品系的DRS为0.3134, DSR为0.2466。表明二点叶螨对这3种药剂的抗性均是由单个不完全显性基因所控制。在连续10个月不接触药剂的情况下,3个抗性品系的抗药性都有下降,抗氧乐果品系的抗性下降最快,只有敏感品系的抗性倍数的3.6倍;抗甲氰菊酯种群的抗性下降较慢,为敏感品系的95.9倍。再经甲氰菊酯、氧乐果、四螨嗪分别连续15次喷雾处理后,3个抗性种群的抗性水平又再度回升,抗甲氰菊酯品系回升较快,抗性为敏感品系的523.5倍,抗四螨嗪品系次之,抗氧乐果的品系抗性恢复最慢。  相似文献

Population densities, distributions and dispersal of Neoseiulus fallacis (Garman) and Tetranychus urticae (Koch) on individual hop plants, Humulus lupulus L. were studied for attributes of metapopulations such as empty patches, asynchrony of subpopulations, extinction of subpopulations, and dispersal of predators and prey among patches. Occupancy of hop leaves by predators or prey was stable over a season with 69–75% of leaves having neither predators nor prey, 4–15% with prey mites only, 9–17% with both predators and prey mites and 6–10% with predaceous mites only. Stability of occupancy classes through time indicated that inherently unstable predator and prey subpopulations developed asynchronously. Flagged hop leaves showed the existence of many empty individual leaves, colonization of some by prey, then by predators, then extinction of both, and then recolonization by spider mites. This illustrated the existence of empty patches, extinction of subpopulations, and dispersal of predators and prey to empty patches. This differed from spider mites and phytoseiid predators on apple foliage where there was a progression of occupancy status, indicating synchronous development of subpopulations on individual plants. Studies of predator and prey dispersal between hop plants showed that removal of basal leaves to 1.5 m high, a common agronomic practice, greatly limited dispersal of the predaceous mites but not the spider mites. Retaining basal leaves facilitated interplant movement of predators and improved the extent and timing of biological control. Through management, N. fallacis dispersal may be adjusted so that the entire hop planting becomes a metapopulation landscape, leading to greater stability and persistence of predator–prey within a season.  相似文献

Phytoseiid mite larvae vary in size and feeding type. We compared larval size to feeding by larvae, cannibalism of larvae by adult females, egg and adult female size and the setae lengths of larvae and adults among 13 species. There was no relationship between size of larvae and either feeding by larvae or cannibalism of larvae by adult female mites. Correlations were highest between larval size as measured by idiosoma plus extended leg lengths and adult female size of idiosoma plus extended leg lengths (r2=0.746), while next highest was larval idiosoma length and adult female idiosoma length (r2=0.662) and then larval idiosoma length and egg length (r2=0.579). Based on idiosoma length, Phytoseiulus persimilis had the largest larvae (non-feeding) among species and Euseius finlandicus had the smallest larvae (obligatory feeding). However, based on idiosoma length plus extended leg length, obligatory feeding larvae (on pollen or mites) of E. finlandicus and Euseius hibisci were largest and facultative feeding larvae (on mites) of Neoseiulus californicus and obligatory feeding larvae (on mites) of Galendromus occidentalis were the smallest. Among species with non- or facultative feeding larvae, Amblyseius andersoni and Neoseiulus barkeri had larger larvae and Typhlodromus pyri and Neoseiulus fallacis had smaller larvae when leg lengths were included in larval size. Setae lengths of larvae versus adult females (after adjustment for body sizes) showed high correlation for j6 (r2=0.942) and s4 (r2=0.854), but low correlation for larval Z4 versus adult female Z4 (r2=0.084) or Z5 (r2=0.063). Overall, larval morphological traits were most closely correlated to traits of other life stages, although for setae there were some exceptions. Differences in the functions of setae j6, s4 and Z4 in the larva versus adult female are discussed.  相似文献

Trials with eggplants were conducted to evaluate field efficacy of Beauveria bassiana (Bb) applications against Tetranychus urticae, during spring of 2006 and 2007. In the 2006‐Trial, a rate of ca. 0.7 × 1012 conidia/ha was sprayed onto plants at intervals. In the 2007‐Trial, the rates of ca. 0.8 × 1012 and 1.6 × 1012 conidia/ha were sprayed at 1‐ or 2‐week intervals. Based on population densities of mites and leaf damage assessed throughout the trial, the Bb sprays with 1‐ or 2‐week interval showed better control than those of 3 or 4 weeks. In both trials there was no statistical difference between 1‐week and 2‐week spray interval for all parameters measured. Furthermore, the higher rate performed significantly better than the lower rate, regardless of the intervals. No interaction was found between the spraying interval and the applied rate. Ultimately, to suppress the population density of T. urticae and prevent the eggplant damage in spring, the higher rate applied at 2‐week interval was effective.  相似文献

The use of plant-derived chemicals is a new recommended method to control Tetranychus urticae. According to recent studies, Melia azedarach has several compounds which could be effective on insects and mites. The effect of the extract on the fertility and pre-mature period of the mites were investigated at concentrations of 1, 3, 4 and 5?mg mL?1 of the extract under laboratory conditions. The effect of chemicals extracted from plants was determined using the spraying bioassay method. The leaves being the location of the mites’activity, were sprayed with ethanol extract, then the mites were placed on the discs. In this experiment, the results show that all concentrations were effective, but extract concentrations 4 and 5?mg mL?1 caused a reduction of more than 50% in the egg laying of the mites and a significant increase in their pre-mature period.  相似文献

Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus, 1758 (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) is an aphidophagous ladybird beetle species with cosmopolitan distribution. However, it may also thrive on arthropods other than aphids, when the latter are not readily available. Certain life history traits and demographic attributes of C. septempunctata were determined using seven different diets with different alternations and proportions of an aphid, Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach,1843) and a mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch, 1836, in the laboratory (at 25±0.5°C, 65±5% RH and a photoperiod of 16 h L:8 h D).The larval duration was longest (12.61±6.17 days) when fed an alternating diet of two days aphid/two days mite. Adult longevity was longest (78.65±1.09 days) when fed aphids only and shortest (3.17±1.25 days) when fed mites only. Life expectancy (ex) was highest (111 days) when adults were fed only aphids and lowest (11.3 days) when fed only mites. Survival rates of ladybird beetles were positively related to an increasing ratio of aphids in their diet. Their ability to prey on both aphids and mites indicates the effectiveness of C. septempunctata as a biological control agent on plants infested with these two pests.  相似文献

为评价杀螨剂对二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch的毒力和对少毛钝绥螨Proprioseiopsis asetus Chant的安全性,本文采用叶片喷雾法测定了4种田间常用杀螨剂对少毛钝绥螨和二斑叶螨的毒力,并分析比较了4种杀螨剂对少毛钝绥螨和二斑叶螨的选择毒力。试验结果表明,4种杀螨剂对少毛钝绥螨雌成螨和二斑叶螨雌成螨的毒力选择指数大小依次为:联苯肼酯(10.1261)>阿维菌素(5.4664)>哒螨灵(3.5293)>克螨特(2.3615)。联苯肼酯对少毛钝绥螨的毒力选择指数最高,具有中度正向选择性,即联苯肼酯对少毛钝绥螨的毒力明显低于其对二斑叶螨的毒力。阿维菌素、哒螨灵、克螨特对少毛钝绥螨和二斑叶螨的毒力选择指数也都大于1,但都小于10,即这3种杀螨剂对少毛钝绥螨和二斑叶螨都有较低的正向选择性。4种杀螨剂常规使用浓度下对少毛钝绥螨雌成螨的安全系数大小依次为:联苯肼酯>阿维菌素>哒螨灵>克螨特。联苯肼酯的安全系数为16.8935~24.4025,阿维菌素的安全系数为5.5782~22.3127,均大于5,表示联苯肼酯和阿维菌素在推荐使用浓度的低浓度情况下,对少毛钝绥螨的安全性高。而15%哒螨灵乳油和73%克螨特乳油的安全系数仅1.1709~1.7564和1.0523~1.5807,在推荐使用浓度的低浓度情况下,对少毛钝绥螨的安全性一般。因此建议在生产中应用少毛钝绥螨进行生物防治时,可优先选用联苯肼酯和阿维菌素配合使用,而不建议使用哒螨灵和克螨特。  相似文献
